Superloop “Refresh Your Internet”

Agency: Leo Burnett (2023)

Role: Motion graphics Lead

After wining the pitch for superloop we launched their first Australian campaign ‘Refresh your Internet’ in early 2023.

I came up with the Motion art direction that was instrumental in winning the pitch and later lead the 3D creation, animation and motion graphics of the campaign.

See articles about this project on Mumbrella and Campaign brief.

We designed a suite of Mnemonic models to help bring the essence of the internet into our designs. Energetic, bold and fun; the mnemonics were created in a pixel or 8-bit style remeniscent of the early internet and of course Memes.

I art directed and lead the animation of the 3D elements, using blender to animate them. The models were created by Greg Cooper.

We used the mnemonics in TVCs, OOH, social and digital.

We combined these with the Superloop patterns which were created by Joeseph Giuffrida. Representing the dynamism and flawless, flowing connection of the Superloop network.

Additionally, I created bespoke text animations to go with each creative.
